User Interface / System Design for PUA Beasting Mobile App

I want an App for my smartphone that can aid in providing details for new girls met such as:
-Hotness (7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10)
-Chemistry (Strong / Average / Weak)
-Date that I met them (this will be recorded behind the scenes)...and this will be useful to look at which girls I met on which nights or how long ago I met a certain girl. It will also be useful for keeping track of when to text them to keep them warm (x days after meeting.....so 3-4 days for instance after meeting)
-Venue the girl was met at
-Relevant details of the girl / interaction (freeform entry)
-A record of whether or not they texted back the night that I met them

Anyways, here is the initial User Interface / System Design for this mobile App: Prototype

The point of this is so that key details of the interaction don't get lost. We are limited as humans and we can't keep all these new details straight in our head. Cell phone contact lists don't tell you what date you met someone or where you met someone or any details of the interaction. Contact lists are just meant to store contacts without all that other info important to a PUA. This App will make storing of phone number and relevant info much more suitable for the PUA. It will also synch with a standalone app on a computer so that information can be dealt with back on the computer or on a website. Then any changes made on the website or computer would get synched up with the mobile app.

Other features which aren't included yet in that prototype picture are features such as:
-Moving girls to/from top 10 list. Jeffy advocates working no more than 10 girls at a time to keep them from slipping through the cracks. He says to prioritize the top 10 based on who the hottest girls are that had the most chemistry. If they have extraneous circumstances like very busy schedules then they drop to the bottom of the list. Then girls can be moved off this "working set of 10" as they are cleared either to the fuck buddy category or they are written off for being flaky or playing games. Rules for whether or not to write them off can be found in this flowchart.
-Viewing girls met by date (possibly color coded green or red based on how much chemistry per girl)
-Getting reminders to text or call girls after x amount of days (based on a rule in the program) to keep girls warm. This would only apply if the girl has not been contacted yet. If the girl is cleared off the top 10 working list then these reminders would not be sent.
-Taking pictures of the girl when she's inputting her digits. That way a picture can be associated with the girl. This currently exists in the "GetDigits" app for iphones. I unfortunately have an android phone with an outward-facing camera but I may be getting an iphone 5 soon.
-Etc.

I am going to either pay someone to develop this app or have someone do it for free. I hope to have it in action soon. I will be updating the user interface / system design in the next few days to get it into a complete form. Feedback is welcome in the meantime.
