I've only gone through part of Jeffy Show 1 and haven't gotten to Jeffy Show 2 yet. This is behind my goal of having both done by the end of this week. Going to get on that shit hard next week and will be posting up my notes.
I received Bhagavad Gita today in the mail. I ordered this book based on STRONG recommendations from Tyler Durden during bootcamp and Jeffy on the Jeffy show. It is supposed to cultivate strong outcome independence and indifference. This will help me immensely as I often care too much about outcome or let "bad" outcomes adversely affect me.
